It also serves to encourage the integration of sustainable tourism practices into policies, financing frameworks, and business operations. By embracing the SDGs through the lens of tourism, the toolkit aims to enhance awareness, collaboration and the positive impact of the sector in realizing the 2030 Agenda and creating a more sustainable and inclusive future. With adaptable indicators and practical guidance, this toolkit explores the link between tourism and each of the 17 SDGs and selected targets, and supports the measurement and monitoring of the impact of tourism projects.
